END OF LIFE PET PHOTOGRAPHY IN KENT

It’s time for One Last Adventure...

as they near the rainbow bridge.

Discover a gentle, heartfelt photography experience created for pets in their final moments, giving you the chance to slow down, just be together, and celebrate their companionship, loyalty and love.

“They’ve been there through it all.”

Every single moment. From the ordinary — waiting by the door, so excited even though you only popped to the shops... to the extraordinary, bringing your baby home to meet them. They’ve witnessed the good times and the not so good times. They know when you need a chin-on-lap moment (they see those tears) and they’ve celebrated with you every promotion, house move, and jump-for-joy moment in-between.

I know how much your pet means to you. It's hard to put into words, but I'll give it my very best go. Because I had a soul dog too: Badis —the sweetest Cavalier King Charles Spaniel you ever did see. I grew up with him as he grew alongside me. He was woven into the fabric of my life. So when he crossed the rainbow bridge, reaching down and realising he was no longer there broke my heart in ways I can't fully explain.

Of course, life goes on when they leave us. Truth be told, I'm not entirely sure how. But I do know this: my photographs take me back to him in some ways. And that's exactly what I want to do for you and your pet.

AN EXPERIENCE TO REMEMBER

This is a nurturing one-hour session, giving you the chance to slow down, and preserve the love that has shaped your everyday.

The details

The photos mean more to me than words can express, and I’m so grateful I was able to have them taken before he passed. I will forever cherish these images and the kindness Isabelle showed during such a difficult time.

“I can’t thank Isabelle enough for the beautiful photos she captured of me and my dog, Lenny. I reached out to her after learning that Lenny had terminal cancer, knowing our time together was limited and hoping to have some forever memories preserved. Isabelle was incredibly thoughtful, caring, and compassionate, and she went out of her way to make this session happen.”

MY APPROACH TO END-OF-LIFE PET PHOTOGRAPHY

I know how hard this time can be.

It’s utterly heart breaking. And there’s no getting away from that.

This photography experience is never to gloss over your grief, for you do start grieving them before they actually go. But I do believe it gives you a moment of positivity — a moment to pause and reflect.

You’ll feel completely safe and comfortable during the session. There’s no pressure to perform, or hold it together, and no expectation other than to just be. You, your pet, your family.

With gentle guidance and plenty of space, I capture natural images that show the real bond and soft, tender relationship between pet and guardian. It’s a session to acknowledge your grief and a hard time to come, but more so a celebration of memories shared. Two things I know to be true.

I’d love to be the one you trust to help you remember this beautiful final chapter.

END OF LIFE DOG PHOTOGRAPHY

Natural, authentic & gentle photography for your beloved pet, as they near the rainbow bridge.

HELLO, I’M ISABELLE

The Kent dog photographer bottling up a lifetime of love.

Your pet is your family. I know that because I’ve felt this deeply with my own dog, Badis, who we lost in 2024.

I had so many wonderful years with him, I can still hear the soft patter of his paws before he’d pop his sweet head through the door. And I’m so grateful for that...I can’t help but smile when I think back.

There’s just one thing that bothers me. It was so sudden. And despite the tons of photos over the years, there weren’t so many of us together.

I would have loved to have had photos that reflected the threads that tied us. So when I see and hear of pets and owners writing their last chapter together, it’s something thing I would love to capture.

How your One Last Adventure photoshoot works

A letter to you x

Just before you go.

Dear Badis,

You instantly became one of us. After all, Badis is an affectionate Lithuanian word for a pet, meaning 'buddy'. It feels like a sign that we never felt the need to change your name.

It’s hard to put into words your loss. Loss in itself sound like such a final word. Because the memories live on in the quiet spaces you leave behind — where your bed once lay, where your lead still hangs. Some days, those memories bring tears of joy. Other days, sorrow.

Yet as I write this through tear-glazed eyes I want to thank you, Badis. For bringing me such joy that I can feel such grief, because grief is a testament to a life well loved.

I miss you every single day, my best boy, my Badis.

Forever and always,

Isabelle x

BOOK WITH THE END-OF-LIFE PET PHOTOGRAPHER

Their story doesn’t end here. Because you will retell it as you share the photos that honour the unbreakable bond between pet and owner.

Grief is personal. It comes in unruly waves, and nothing I do will fix that...nor would I try. This is your moment to slow down, be together, and preserve the love that's been there through it all.
